Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders made during new release launches and sales periods - please allow up to 10 business days for all orders during these periods to be processed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our small business thanks you for your patience during busy times.

Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact USPS with your Tracking Number to lodge any complaints or discuss any concerns. FREE Store Pick-Up: 1 - 4 Business days and wherever we are located that day or a pre arranged location
